Selfless to self-centered motherhood

During Diwali break in Jamshedpur, I was just relaxing without being bothered about what to cook for breakfast, lunch or dinner and nor kids were crying for what to eat, as my mother-in-law was cooking every now and then. Just then a thought flashed in my mind which bothered me so much that I got inspired to write a blog on it.It was the selfless nature of mother which was purely dedicated in nurturing her children and grand children without realizing the pain and ailments of old age. India is always known to be a country where selfless love of mother nurture child’s personality. Immense love and dedication of the lady towards her family leads to strong family bonds and due to this selflessness and total dedication India got tough men and women like Maharana Pratap,Bhagat Singh,Laxmi bai and many more. Identity of the lady used to lie in her family. Apart from giving good and nutritious handmade food, she used to give proper sanskars to her children also. Few lines from a poem which shows the true picture of selfless mother…..
 Wo aasha hai, wo abhilasaha..
parivartan ki wo paribhasha..
 wo janani, wo shramkarni..
 manav jiski kokh se janma..
yeh wo janani hai, wo janani hai...

Jiske parivesh me manav ne rachi..
 apne astitva ki paribhasha.
.. yeh wo pustak, wo patri hai..
jiske prishton par manav ne ki
 apni kriti ankit hai...
yah wo janani hai, wo janani hai..

As India is progressing circumstances have changed drastically the role of the lady in India. Her fight for identity (which now restricted to her own self),multi-tasking to insure each and every thing right, changing from joint to nuclear families…changed their nature of love towards their families. Children suffer with many problems as nutritious food is replaced by junk food.Children are becoming prone to many mental ailments as anxiety, depression, stress etc. Dedication is replaced by frustration and leads the lady and her families to nowhere…….

HARSH REALITIES OF LIFE!!!!!!

Every born baby is destined to be part of this beautiful world and deserve to enjoy, live and utilize life at its fullest form.God wrap the baby in mother's womb and introduce him to the relations who not only guide him but also protect him from the harsh world.Slowly the child grows and start realizing that world outside his home is too harsh for him to live.Few accepts the reality and become part of it and few get scared of it and hide themselves in a shell of love ,of their loved ones.As they grow up , they forcefully have to step in this world. They get confused and start using diplomacy as a tool against the harshness of the world.

WHAT ARE THE HARSH REALITIES OF LIFE?
1 People around you are mean.
2 They use you as a tool for their own benefit.
3 They are more practical and make fun of emotional people like you.
4 They can go to any extent to get their work done.
5 Work is not God for everybody.
6 No respect for parents and elders.
7 No love in any relation....just show off...
any many.....more...
Or endless which creates suffocation inside a true and pure hearted person, forces him to react in such a way which is not his reaction but an anger against all these.

HOW TO REACT TO THESE REALITIES
Blessed is the man who stays cool and calm in any situation and takes the life as it comes its way.Rather he should be more focused towards his goal of life and consider these realities as the hurdles towards the achievement of his goal.

MOTIVE OF THIS LIFE
God has given life to everybody with a motive. But only few can achieve the true goal of life.True motive of life is not just serving your family but serve others and whole society with your knowledge and art within you.Along with this remembering God at every moment of your life.

TEACHING-A NEGLECTED PROFESSION IN INDIA

Teaching in schools is more likely a profession related to females than males in India. Once it was considered as the noblest profession. Now-a-days situation is little different, as today it is more of a forced or obvious profession than a passion to bring some sought of revolution in the field of education. Let us throw some light on what shape this profession has taken in India-

· Middle class people force their daughters to do education degree so that if they will be unable to do anything in life, at least, they will be teachers.

· Teaching today is a puppet in hands of few wealthy management people.

· There is a clear prejudice towards each sect of teachers. Teachers taking secondary and science classes are considered superior to those of taking middle or primary classes.

· Guess!!! Which sect of teachers are seen with inferiority-Montessori teachers, which are the base makers of any child’s life.

· The saga doesn’t end here as it continues with more darker shades as the salaries of teachers in most of the schools(except few) is negotiated and comes down as low as Rs 2000 per month.

· It’s a pity that the respect of Guru in this country is totally lost, so as the spirit of teacher……….

· This Quote is apt for today's condition of teachers."Teaching is not a lost art, but the regard for it is a lost tradition." Jacques Barzun

Justification of blog's title-One life to live

In excitement of creating a blog,I forgot that I should justify my blog's title and then move ahead with the flow of my thoughts.'One life to live'-We all got one life and are alotted with some or the other task to complete on this earth. When we are about to take birth,God whispers our motive of life in our ears. After our birth,we get engaged in playing different roles which are assigned to us such as daughter,sister,wife,mother...etc....etc...In our day to day lives we forget our motive and as we grow up, thoughts in our mind get entangled in such a way that our mind start rusting and we are left with emptiness in our life.Despite having all the good things in life we don't find happiness because we forget the real motive of our life. After spending the whole life, outcome is- Shunaya. When God asks us,"I gave one life to you,What have you done?" We give endless excuses-I reared my family, earn to live, played all roles nicely etc...etc....Then God must laugh and say kabir's doha,"Bada hua to kya hua ,jaise ped khajur,Panchi ko chaya nahi,Phal lagat ati door."

Whether this is relevant or not ,it was a random thought in my mind.

Wow!! I have created my blog

Long back when I was a teenager and fell in love for the first time,I really got crazy for writing (of course for my love-Pal).Writing once became a ritul for me.Expressing all your emotions through writing is really an art and that too when you are mixing hindi, english and then hindi film songs too in your writing. At that time Pal used to tell me that I was very expressive in my letters(Ya love letters). Now the time has come again when I have started writing, again my inspiration is Pal.Now I am going to start afresh and write whatever will come to my mind so that there will be less traffic of thoughts in my mind.
